Timeline for Grad Arrival for Ceremony

5:15 pm - Grads Arrive at Graduation Location

• DRESS CODE: This is a special, formal event. No jeans, shorts, tennis/basketball shoes, or flip-flops. Boys should wear dress pants, dress shirts, and dress shoes. Girls should wear modest dresses, skirts, or dress pants with blouses. The grads will be greeting guests after the ceremony.
• Cell Phones: There will not be a safe place to leave your cell phones. Base Camp will be left unattended during the ceremony. Leave them at your own risk or hand them off to family or friends at this time.

5:20 p.m. - Collect your cap and gown, go to Base Camp and put them on.

5:30 p.m. - Class Photo – line up by height on stage in auditorium.

5:45 p.m. - Return to Base Camp and wait for instructions on when to line up for ceremony.

5:50 p.m. -  Audience seating begins. Video montage begins on loop.

6:25 p.m. - Students line up for processional. Tassels on the right.

6:30 p.m. - Ceremony Begins

• Parents - Bring your grad’s diploma. 

8:30 p.m. - Reception

10:00 p.m. - Building cleaned and cleared by this time.
