Pay Your Fee
Pay the $80 per graduate fee, which covers all Graduation Ceremony expenses including: church rental, livestream and recording links, programs, photo montage, reception expenses, speaker, emcee, and music.
Make checks out to Sarah Houseman - KAHG in the amount of $80.00, include the graduate’s name on the check memo line, and mail to the address below and ensure that it is postmarked before February 28th, 2025.

Email 5 Photos
Please email JPEG 5 photos for each student with the student’s full name to:
Please designate “2025 Graduation Photos for (student’s first, middle, and last name)”
in the subject line of the email. These photos will be looping in a video montage before
the ceremony starts, and the senior portrait headshot photo will be displayed on the
screen during the 20-second parent blessing while each graduate receives his/her
diploma.
Photos should include:
(1) high quality (high resolution) senior portrait photo (headshot)
(1) baby or early childhood photo
(1) family photo (immediate family)
(2) additional photos of hobbies, personal interests, clubs, sports, etc.
Email Bio and Headshot
Please email the student’s biography (short paragraph of 80 words or less), JPEG headshot,
and blessing (50 words or less) for each student, with the student’s first, middle, and
last name to the following email by February 28, 2025:

and last name)” in the subject line of the email.
Sample Bio: Alex is the son of Tim and Sharon. He enjoys drumming, skiing, and mountain biking.
He has performed in six HPA shows and plays drums for his worship team. Alex is in the Honors
program at KVCC. He plans to attend KVCC in the fall and then transfer to a 4-year college where he
plans to study architecture.
Sample Blessing: Alex, your mother and I are so proud of the young man you have become. We pray
that you always trust the Lord for direction and guidance as you navigate your next adventure! As
Proverbs 16:9 says, Man’s heart plans his course, but the Lord directs his steps. Congratulations on
graduating
